If you goto Account tab, put your email there and submit. See if that helps or not.

Glitches happen.....just try it again. Or email them directly instead of from the game tab.

Yesterday, I realized I hadn't registered my email too and I got the exact same message when I tried. I guess there's a problem with the registering thingy which I think will be fixed eventually.

I did read that we had to register our emails now....because BVG was having too many emails returned as undelivered or something.

Yep...that's the message I read.

Thanks for posting....hopefully the OP will see and make sure she's followed the necessary steps.

You know, I really feel bad for BVG. Z gave them this game with all sorts of bugs, glitches, and problems without giving them help or problems to the solutions. Not only do they have to fix the diseases and sickness this game had/has thanks to Z lack of handling the problems, they also have to please everyone which is IMPOSSIBLE. Looking back, I actually feel really horrible for loosing my patience with getting my City of love girls back. I threw money at the screen to justify it lol.

YES! Totally agree. And, Heaven knows, they haven't even begun to make dime one yet...so much to do just to get back to "even"...working around the clock...bless them all for their dedication. We can NEVER thank them enough!

I am waiting patiently - and remembering my Yo could have gone.

They sure have. So much is fixed or restored already......I am more than willing to be patient while they try to make things better.

exactly, and yet still people are unhappy and want more. i cant imagine how it must make them feel or how much pressure they already feel under. it aint gonna happen over night, be thankful the game is even here at all, which bvg has risked alot for

I tried it today and didn't get the coins also. Even after posting merp in my neighbor's box, still nothing. Did get the mystery chest though but only from those neighbors that the game chose for me.
