Use the snipping tool in the start menu to take the picture
Go to tinypic. com and upload it
copy the forum code "IMG Code for Forums & Message Boards"
Paste it into your description.

Upload the picture to 'tinypic.com' and then click too see the larger image, right click the image and then click 'copy image url' then paste the image url into the middle of this: [img]image-url[/img]
