Hi there,

I haven't been able to play the game since July 2nd. I can log on to the game, but it freezes after 30 seconds. And I have to exit out of the browser and re-open a new tab. I'm able to come on the game and get my coin bonus, sometimes go to the factory to get coins, but I'm unable to see my buddies, go to events, decorate, not even change my character's look. I miss playing the game. Anyone have any suggestions on how to help me? Is anyone else having this problem?
I've talked to some of my facebook friends who play and they say they can play fine, so I'm wondering with all the new updates, that something is wrong with my computer. I updated my flash version to the newest option.

Any feedback, help, suggestions would be awesome. Thanks guys and gals :D

What browser are you using I use chrome and it works pretty good for me

I'm using internet explorer. it's always worked just fine. ever since they started updates, I haven't been able to play :(

The only way to tell if your account is a problem or if your computer is a problem is to log in elsewhere... at the library, on a friend's computer, etc. AT least that will let you know where to start looking for the problem.

If it's your account, go to BVG and leave a ticket. If it's your computer at least you know you need to start upgrading your browser, flash, etc.

I had very similar issues with Chrome when BVG first took over.
Are you running 8.1?
Try downloading Cool Novo browser from a trusted site.
(it's small and fast) If you don't like it or it doesn't work you can
always uninstall it.
Check to see if you have an adblocker running as well.

Then while in game..
Right click the playing field.
A box will come up.
Click Settings
Another box.
Click the folder beside the microphone.
Slide the slider bar all the way to the right to unlimited and click close.

See if any of these suggestions help you.
THere's always the HELP tab at the top of the game.
They will get back to you in about a week (maybe sooner).
They are pretty good about fixing things.

Try using Google Chrome, or Firefox browser. Explorer is the worst browser - We should send in the ninja to assassinate it, or if the ninja can't do it. The serial killer. Seriously thou.. never use Explorer for ANYTHING.

Thanks girls so much, all of your advice is so helpful. I will try everything I can. I'm using my laptop from home Likkety, I've never had any problems, till the beginning of the month. always had a fast connection to the game before then.

Mandee, I clicked on that link under your message and that took me to the game and it loaded fine. I'm going to try and save that link under my favorite bar. I wonder if my connection through facebooks yoworld app is broken or something.

Tink, how do I clear my Cache? Or anyone know how to do that? Thanks again for all the replies, you guys are all so wonderful :D

for a better play experience use chrome, chrome does its updates automatically thru the brownser unlike explorer who sometimes
cant show you stuff because you havent done updates, etc.

theres other browsers too, but i play on chrome and dont have any issues at all

For starters IE is the worst browser in existence. Dump it. Try Chrome.

Secondly, it could be a bad internet connection too. You can reset your connection by unplugging and replugging your modem. If that doesn't work, call your provider and have them check your speeds.
