Dear BVG,
I hope that this message will not get buried under the massive amounts of others that you receive. I would like to take this time out of my Saturday to say to you and the team, THANK YOU. You all are constantly bombarded with complaints and questions and whatever else is thrown your way yet, you and your team always try to find ways to make everyone happy in a timely manner, as well as trying to fix the mess ups and glitches that emerge.
It takes a specially skilled staff to endure all of this aggravation, and I am sure most of you end the day with a well deserved alcoholic beverage. I would just like to reiterate that there is a large amount of people out there playing this game, that are forever grateful to you and your team for all that you do, with me being one of them.
So THANK YOU for all of your efforts, struggles, and sleepless nights that you go through just to make everyone happy. This is BY FAR the most caring gaming company I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. I will continue, to the best of my ability, to support such a damn fine game and the company's team.
When people start complaining and you start to get frustrated, remember this..
Anybody can become angry - that is easy, but to be angry with the right person and to the right degree and at the right time and for the right purpose, and in the right way - that is not within everybody's power and is not easy.
