I would say most likely not. I think it was some sort of reward or something? Had nothing to do with unreleased.

It was a gift to players for inviting friends to joining the game, either way it was rewarded to people so no, i hope they don't.

Like others have said volcano wasn't an unreleased. It was a friends visit prize. Any kind of prize that was won through games when zynga owned it shouldn't be put in stores.

It was released through the first time friends visits thingy. Wish they would, always wanted one but sooo expensive.

If it was something that Zynga officially made a part of the game, be it through selling in store or as a reward, the chances are BVG won't release it.
