I know how to make an apartment link, but is there a way to obtain links for specific houses?

For example this is the link to my piano museum, not my apartment. (I had it saved on a text file before transition and just changed "yoville" to "playyoworld" so it worked) But I can't create new links for other houses.

In this link there is the house code : "h58357108"
So, how can I get the codes of other houses? Any ideas? Come on geeks !!
