With BVG releasing/re-releasing Zynga items.
First off I have no problems with BVG releasing unreleased items..

But, we have had Zynga 3rd Party promotional items, (Robot Boy/Girl, Import Race Car, Street Bike, Chopper, European Roadster, and many more)

First time friend visits (Erupting Volcano, and Bookshelf W/Ladder)

We've also had items released for more then a week (Cat Clock, Elegant Cider Glass, and more) and months/years (Blue table, Red/Brown Door, Reclined Chair, Pink Pod Chair, Blue Towel, Leaf, Autumn and Forest Wallpaper. Etc.)

BVG can you make an official statement on what is or isn't safe, and stick to what you said? All you have really said is that you won't be rereleasing anything, then changed that a bit to anything released for a decent amount of time, then anything released for more then 24hours... But will you stick with that? Or will that continued to get changed.. Also some of the items like First time friend visits and Zynga 3rd Party promotional items were never released into the store, so will those be safe or not? What about all the items that have been in store for more then 24 hours taken out of store without a timer. Are those fair game to get rereleased?

If you just made an official statement saying what for sure won't get (re)released, or what may get (re)released and stuck to your word without changing what you say it would make things a lot easier for everyone.

Not hating on BVG, just hate how they have statements inside of threads that vary with what they have said before.

I think the way that Gary explained last night sounds fine to me. I don't think they should consider changing their mind about that yet again.

Alright I found this:

Gary Stevenson wrote:• As previously stated, we do not consider something that was in the store for a very short period of time to be officially released. This would include items like the celtic cross. You can read "very short" to mean less than 24 hours. To us, this is not a slippery slope, if you could miss an item because you were sleeping or went to the bathroom for a second or something similar, then we don't consider that a fair release.

But that doesn't clear up the 3rd party promotional items, and the first time friend visits items.

At this point, many items are open to interpretation, and should have there chances of being released clarified, before we have a similar issue down the road. :/

I agree!! fully... there are items in the game that were promotional items, they need to be addressed,

but I think they are attacking items that have been hacked into the game... limes, menorah, celtic cross... but they should address these for sure!

That's my question. I hope not because, even though I don't have those items, robots and volcanos are too cool and they were part of third party promotions or first time friends visits. No need to come back, in my opinion.

I think its fluid and BVG should have to right to do what they wish with the game they have paid for ....

I personally do not understand the stress over items and their worth

it's about if I like the item and how I want to use the item ... not fake game worth
