I know, we can't ask questions if it's someone also problem, but my Friend has been waiting for 10 days now.
So, is it normal or is he has to write another e-mail?
From what I understand they are swamped with e-mails at BVG, but 10 days?

Depends on how many people they have working support. If there are 3 people working through 15000 tickets you could be waiting up to 3 weeks or more. A person can only work so fast. Submitting another ticket will only cause the 3 people to have a heavier workload, if all people submitting tickets start submitting more then 1 it could make things works.

I sent them an email on June 5th and got a reply on June 13th. It stated in the email that they had gotten over 15,000 emails, so if one person keeps sending emails over and over, it just makes things worse because Greg said they DO read ALL of them. Having to read 3 or 4 emails from the same person about the same problem just adds to their work load. I would wait it out.

3 weeks? OMG
That is not very encouraging news.
Customer service should never take 3 weeks, unless you don't want to retain your customers.

I also wrote in on June 5 about being unable to place 08 and 09 Christmas and other vip items and they got back to me on the 13th as well. They are doing their best and it would behoove us to be patient and let them do their work.

Think about this too. Lets say they have 5 people reading emails. How do they divide them up? John reads an email from Jack today. 5 days later, Mary reads an email from Jack about the SAME problem........and so it goes. They are having to pay people to read and respond to these emails. Give em' a break. They have taken on quite a task and as far as I'm concerned, are doing an outstanding job.
