You should turn in a ticket about what isn't working in your game.
It's unlikely they will see this thread.

About your friend. If she was unfairly banned, she will also need
to turn in a ticket or send an email (address is found on www.yoworld.com)
Another person can not turn in a ticket for a friend, family member, etc.

Hotdogs are not working this weekend!

What's logical to you may not be what's realistically logical or logical to others. There were many people pushing for new releases to buy while they work to repair because they are able to buy.

The hot dogs only been broken in just the last 24 hours, along with the visits. So your threat seems a little illogical.
