A while back when we only had the facebook page as a 'forum', Greg Thomson made a post about how they were working on/going to work on making an app for mobile devices to even further secure our yoworld accounts. Was there anything else said about this after that post? Or was this kind of thrown out?

I have my fb setting super high so I'm glad we don't need to do this but it was a good idea.

It was pretty cool. It was basically what Greg explained was that you would have the app linked to your yoworld account somehow and the numbers change every 30 seconds so even if someone logged into your facebook you'd have to enter this code on your phone you get every time you log in. He also said you'd be able to disable this if you got annoyed of entering the code every time.

Yeah, but I think it would be nice for a lot of people. Especially the ones that are easily deceived

No no the way he described it is that a new code generates every 30 seconds on the app to get into your yoworld account. You have to go into your phone/mobile device to see the code then just enter whatever is there and log in.

I know it sounds like a hassle to go through but was just kind of curious what ever happened to this idea.

Nothing has been said since! But who knows maybe they are working on it! They did indicated they were working on an app!

I would like this very much,I'm always a little security conscious.
Even though most of the account stealers and etc have been removed from the game it wouldn't hurt to have that bit more security.

Yes, even though I never really click on things etc it would help me feel bit more secure. Hope they do come out with this

I remember them mentioning this feature. There was a lot of confusion on how this would work. If people didn't have phones, a lot thought they'd be shut out of the game.
I think it would be a great feature personally. And if it did get too annoying, I'd just shut it off.
I already get requests on my phone w/a code generator log in requirement so this would either be overkill or an added layer of protection.
I haven't read an update of this feature though so I'm curious too.
