Personally, i'd rather pay for the hours because it's cheaper. Especially for those who have expensive items on the AH and the deduction takes out a chunk of money - which means we have to raise our prices to get the exact amount we want. What do you think?

No one has ever liked the deduction for coins or yc, it never made any sense to take it since it just poofs.. big waste, so yes a flat hourly coin rate on coinsells and reduce yc amount taken would be nice. I think it would encourage more people to sell items for yc which is a win, win for everyone including BVG since someone will be buying the yc.

Hmmm.. By sink you mean the coins/yocash completely going away?

That's how things work, in order to keep the economy in balance their has to be a tax on a specific service in order to keep the money from going all "whack" yes that is exactly what i mean. Without one in any game the flux of new money circulating would be tremendous and the game wouldn't last.

You technically are still losing money. Ex. You put an item in ah for a buyout of 10m for 24 hours. Lets the 24 hour feature is 1k... After the item sells, You'd rather lose 1m over 1k?

1k For 24 hours is just ridiculous , It is put there for a reason and will most likely never change! this is just another way to mess the economy up even more! Now if they did remove this i could see these rates;
There are just too many things not right about the whole idea, you have to do some serious thinking over it..

Once again 10% to 5% wouldn't suffice for the amount of coin still circulating. There are people who have HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS, the AH is serving as a way to get rid of some of that to make items cheaper.. The more coin circulating in the game = The higher things are going to become...
Heck i just witness a friggin KEYCHAIN get jacked to 7,5m - 10m !

Hundreds of millions of SAVED coins. Most items are being "jacked" because the people who have them don't want to sell them, don't play anymore, or when it was in stores, no one cared for it so not many were bought. I see nothing wrong with items being millions of coins. You can't have everything you want, ofcoarse, unless you're rich.
WicKeD (168301281) wrote:We want it because it's popular? Worst comeback. Not everyone wants an item because it's popular. Most people just want it because they're hoarders or like the style. Also, if you don't want an item, why focus on what other people do with their coins or how much they want to spend on it? Don't like the price, don't buy it.
