Layering issue I'm guessing. I haven't bought any yet, but im guessing depends on where you place the items. That happens a lot with rugs in game too

i tried placing some of the san fran buildings on top of the sidewalk tiles but the tiles wouldn't go behind the house

I find this with a lot of the old tiles and rugs as well.... It takes a lot of trial and error to find out which ones fit and which ones dont :/

This is how i done it now until its get fixed but cant place anything on the tiles yet.

Also the long grass tiles have a weird end to them so it looks bad when you put them together
