I worked hard for them coins I had over 20 million and it's all gone, half of my items are gone as well if you can help me out I'd love that :cry:

I am missing tons of stuff after transfer from Zynga,homes filled with items I can't find lots but coins seem okay

i was not paid for wings i had in the auction house. my diva hoops is not showing up in my inventory 7 pair i have is showing up customize your look section, making me nervous for sure

Many of us logged in to find that our houses had reverted back to a time last fall.
Our inventories had purged and some of our items went to the first place they were ever placed.
They made an announcement about it at yoworld.com.

Also a lot of the purchases we made in that time also reverted as Zynga did not keep up with the data when they announced the shut down so there was nothing to transfer to BVG aside from the current data stream.

We've all simply dealt with it, cleaned up and were thankful the game was saved.

You are, however, the first person I've heard say that their money was missing.

Go to the HELP tab when you log in and report it. You'll get an email from a Happiness engineer in 3-5 days.

Best advice I saw... yes go in game click help & report it there... If you have any screen shots showing your coin amount before & coin amount after , that might help... not sure... sorry it happened to you. Good luck

look its like this some people ended up with more coins and items after the transfer.......If i was you ...Go stand outside
of Alton's .....And keep asking each person you meet ...Have you got my coins and stuff ...I hope this will help ?
