Thanks to your feedback, we've made a couple of exciting additions to our Slots rewards!

Even though Bonus Jackpot Rewards are only available for one week at a time, YoFans mentioned they were winning too many of the Bonus Jackpot reward with each of their Bronze, Silver, and Gold Jackpot wins. To add some versatility and excitement, we've added a Silver and Gold Bonus Jackpot Reward!

Now, every time you win a Bronze Jackpot prize, you'll win the Bronze Bonus Jackpot Reward. Silver Jackpot prizes will be accompanied by a Silver Bonus Jackpot Reward, and Gold Jackpot prizes will also win a Gold Bonus Jackpot Reward!

Additionally, YoFans seemed to be winning a lot more Match 3 prizes than other types, so we've added one more prize to the Match 3 prize pool each week so you have a bit more variation. This means the reward pool will be slightly larger than it was before, which should translate to more variety and fewer duplicate items.

I only win low level prizes — might win 30 of a common item but have never … in the over hundreds spent just in the casino have I ever seen a gold level exclusive item …ever; in over 2 yrs. I will admit I gamble on avg less then once a month; so I thought that was the issue; its not almost daily for 6 weeks and nothing

Yea i was talking about zillion of low level prizes,,not exclusive items
i play slots a lot ,lost count how many times getting u playing so long take a break pop up playing that often i hit gold jp many times but its very rare that i get newest items ,mostly old ones already sells cheap in AH,i am very addicted but since they tighten things and make it so hard to fill diamond bonus bar and keep giving misarable 2 yc 3 yc ( in bonus game)prizes for 10 yc bet,,and latest items not so good ,i play less these days

did you also change the odds on bonuses? i did over 500 spins today and NEVER hit the bonus game once - this has never happened before...

I’m sorry, but BVG is so out of touch with reality! Rather than fix the issue; players winning the same low tier items over and over, you just add more items, which said players just win the low tier items over and over! For 2 weeks now, I’ve lost 100yc everyday on unlucky slots (7500 in the past 3 months which has gotten me 3 gold jackpots with the same items 2 of those times). I literally get to play for 10-15 minutes, lose 100 yc and maybe get one bronze jackpot. I play the slots enough that I can see you guys have manipulated every aspect of the game, limiting amount won in magic streak (.04 bet, wins 30yc every time), the bonus game has super low amounts, which amount to nothing, bonus spins are pretty much worthless and are only there so players think they are winning something. It’s not the players fault that BVG is incapable of running the game, we shouldn’t always have to pay the price for your bad decision making!

I just don’t understand what BVG thinks they are accomplishing. Seems like less and less people are on the servers month to month. I can’t speak for everyone, but from what I can gather, once a paying player decides they have been taken advantage of enough times, and stops spending, they don’t start spending again, or drastically reduce their spending. BVG won’t even acknowledge there’s an issue with the slots game preventing some players from winning the gold tier items. It’s aggravating af!

yeah i played all day almost made it to the final tier and went to the bathroom came back loaded game and had to start from the beginning again that sucked. got sick of loseing all my yc 2 times figured id give the Dice a chance......PFFT wow 100+ spins no prize,took alot YC and coins though.How can you spin 20 times and not win anything ?????then 100 + times and no prize ...
I give up again Ill just buy it in AH
