not sure

so I'm guessing you sent in a help request and have a ticket number auto reply in your email?

if not, I would sent a second ticket - there might have been issues with the first one

--

if it is directly connected to your ability to play you could share with us and see if any us can help fix that issues

some times we had similar things happen and peer advice can clear it up - but you still always want to do a ticket too - so they can track the issues

if this is a huge big deal, You Can ask on discord and see if a Viking is working on their day off.

for example the print on the new hat is backward, at some point someone will realize that and decide if it requires a fix ... dont bother them them for stuff like that over the weekend, I'm not even going to send a ticket ... but others will.

But if the stores arent charging the right amounts. Stuff that is going to create a lot more work down the road -- its worth the effort to try to draw their attention.

I dont always get a reply, in part because often the issue is fixed before they closed out my tickets -- so dont worried if your issue was fixed and they closed out the ticket. I dont need to have them generate a email chain on things like partial refunds on the bouncy is a good example

what ever your issues are I wish you luck and that it's fixed quickly :)

BVG is unable to trouble shoot from the forum.. unfortunately tickets are backed up but someone will get to you asap.. in the mean time, you can say what your issue is and maybe someone can assist or you can ask in discord. hope it gets resolved soon

Hey! I totally understand how frustrating the waiting can be — I’ve been there too.

In my case, it took about two full weeks for them to reply to my ticket. But once they did, they were really kind and did their best to help me. The team takes things a bit slow sometimes, but that’s mostly because they’re a small group with a lot on their plate.

As Mistyfied mentioned, if it’s something really important, you can also try reaching out kindly on Discord — but just a heads-up: BVG doesn’t work on weekends, so I wouldn’t expect much movement until the new week starts.

Right now, the best thing you can do is hang in there and be patient. Once they do respond, you can trust they’ll do everything they can to support you — at least, that was absolutely the case for me.

Wishing you the best of luck!
