Honestly...I don't get it...the rationale behind the decision-making process with this game.

The Art Deco Room and Items are practically perfect! Kudos to the Designer, well done!!! Definitely Cash Cow potential. A FULL Theme--house, deco, floor/wall tiles...the works, I predict they would have experienced a grip of sales. I'm not even an Art Deco fan but recognize the stellar quality of items offered and now, desperately seek. Such a disappointment to chase the items.

Same thing with the recent Wellness SPA (SPA2025) and Wonderland (WO2025), both so well done and yet, cut short and/or removed completely.

Perhaps it's just me but, it kinda feels like another missed opportunity,,, :eh:

It not just you ... I would like to think not a single one of us could disagree with anything you said

Offering partial themes are better then nothing, I will also pull from other themes to 'fill' in where needed.

Sadly some homes never end up filled and at some point I just give up, delete the home and sell what I cant use in other ways

It is no accident you feel victimized by BVG barely covering themes. The majority of the player base has no patience for longer themes, and certainly not for ones they do not care for. What this means is that BVG basically has to flip through them - good or bad - as fast as possible to keep the chittering ADHD cocaine fueled monkeys inside our heads from eating us alive from the inside out.

While some may laugh at that image, what we buy, how we buy, and what we don't buy tells BVG that is exactly what we are. So while a few of us HATE this delivery style, it is of little importance. The cash register rules this game and nothing else matters.

Are there really not enough of us who love the current gem event -tropical deco - to warrant BigV making an entire home and furnishings of it available?

I love the room and every item that is in the GE! They are gorgeous and should be a theme even if it's only a short 3 room theme. Whoever designed these items and the room is an artistic genius

I would love a pirate theme, but don't give them any ideas. They will make it a pastel riverboat instead!

Same...sadly my uncompleted projects are more common than my completed these days. I too mix and match themes when it makes sense. My biggest frustration with this approach is the color/tone/grain/saturation/hue rarely meld well between themes. I spend endless hours searching for tones between themes (especially wood) that play well together.

Perhaps those of us who would love this as a full-theme share an old-school allegiance.

YES, I was blessed to spend a bit of time trying to learn how to do clothing for the game ... a color pallet would help. its complex. For me color is a big deal, the same color under different light looks completely different .... so sometimes, I just try to stay in a color family and hope the eye will sort of blend it.

The game seems to produce nothing but a chronic chain of piles of Unwanted experiences.
It's not like we don't tell them how to keep us from throwing up our hands in frustration and walking away......but they've had their ears closed for years now.
They've turned this game into one big pile of:

The only thing to do is try to not let it affect you......after all, it's your fun time. And if this game ceases to be fun (It's current condition), there is plenty of fun elsewhere to keep us entertained and spend our money.
I very much wish that place was in Yo too, but the Vikings refuse to offer us a fun experience any more.
Takes real talent to turn a favorite game everybody loved and turn it so terribly wrong and sour. They have the magic 'brown' touch it seems....everything they touch seems to turn to (*use your imagination*).

LOL

^^^ This isnt quite how I would put it .... but sadly they have mucked it up just a little bit. But I have hope. I dont want to get into this staff and that staff sort of thing, because in the end - they all are doing what someone up the chain is asking. I think they are completely happy to continue to do just as they have been and when we stop feeding them they will move on to their next project ...... without understanding that this is going to follow them for the rest of the career

Pink or not, I hate tiered deals with crowns and gowns! I don't have a Princess Wannabe Complex. Who wants to be a princess?? That's like a bird in a gilded cage :dizzy:

I've repeated myself over and over in the forums regarding the pushing of themes. Personally, I think the gem event should have a full home/venue and perhaps some items available in the store to purchase to coordinate and appease players that don't like to do events. Then I would love to see just one other full theme each month. Quality over quantity. The two themes could be different enough to provide variety, and they could throw in a mini-theme here and there for holidays, etc. I'm one of those who took a break for a few years, so I am overwhelmed already by the sheer number of empty homes I have... some purchased when the game belonged to Zynga! Unfortunately, BVG does not seem to listen to those of us who want quality and better game play.
