Since logging in today, about twenty minutes ago, I have been constantly losing connection. Not sure what's going on, but HELP! :wailing:

You can thank the BVG IT 'gurus' for maintaining unstable servers since literally 'Day One' that has been causing these 'disconnections', pages freezing and literally getting 'kicked off site'...
'Tickets' have been submitted time and time again, only to be given the usual 'canned corporate excuses'...
The last 'survey' (today) asked if 'we' would recommend the game to anyone, on a scale of 0 to 10, you probably know my reply...

While we all cope with being disconnected --

this is what i found out

first, not all browsers are the same

if you need to update anything in cluding your router you could be having issues

do a speed test if you are being rolled out and if you find your dropping packettes then by all means, contact your provider -- remember its summer and children are home so there is more usage; and that can clog up the internet highway and just make it difficult for all of us

While I still freeze up and need to refresh; it is no where near are bad as it was ---- providers are limiting bandwidth as well ...... and it might have very little to do with BVG and their efforts. Or they too are coping with limits as well -- it is however frustrating and I'm sure having provided customer support in a sitution where there were no good answers you have to realize that if there was a fix it would already be in place.

It's been a little bit sticky for me as well. I usually jump to Opera GX when Chrome won't play nice. And I always try to clear my cache when anything starts dragging. BVG does so many updates, that often our cached items are not current and can create disconnects that eat up our connection speed and reliability. It's not fun to do all the time, but it solves the headaches more often than not.

Ya'll at BVG need to stop blaming us, our servers & our equipment. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to maintain a playable game. If it's happening to many players, it's YOU not US.

I can't speak for the op, but I'm using the same browser since 2011, with very few issues. I have constant refreshes and disconnects in the game for almost two weeks now. The game becomes unresponsive, my AH appears empty, I cannot take items out of store or inventory using the new room editing and then the 'refresh' prompt. It's every few minutes and very frustrating. I don't believe it has anything to do with my browser, internet connection or device. It has worked perfectly well for years, so why is this happening in the last two weeks? I feel the issue is on on your end. I also noticed I'm being logged out of Forums very often which never used to happen.

Thanks for trying to track this down ... I know that Greg could be on the tablet, watching videos without any issue and I couldnt get my computer even to connect ... and of course not enough to even keep the security cameras operating -- I dont think it's anything any of us are doing or not doing .... there is some other 'funk' for lack of a better phrase

I switched over to Brave browser , sometimes I'll get the little one that comes down from the top that says "please wait" but that's no prob at all I don't refresh my game for that little thing I'd be there all day as my game can take at least 5-10 mins to load . That one is your browser as that can appear anywhere on any site

the other one with the pop up box from the game in the middle of the screen that says "disconnected " and string of numbers THAT one is the annoying one for me and that one IS the game that one I don't get often at all
I find if I sit my Avi on an interactive while I am doing gems room I don't get disconnected either ... the game doesn't like your avi to be inactive for too long it thinks you've gone idle so it disconnects you
