I think i remember they are temporary but thats about it

The potions were temporary and turn you into whatever that potion is - Slime bob, pumpkin king etc. I don't remember how long.

The hat boxes are from XM2016.
There was some sort of trick, like collect 10, or some such, that turns them permanent. (I don't remember what the various colors turn into, or the exact mechanism, but I do have two of the permanent hats and found one in the auction house just now.)

I also must have used a few to decorate because of the way they're showing up in inventory.

I think with the hats there was a lot of complaining that they were made permanent
similar to the 08 Halloween costumes that were a hire for YC for a certain time and they got made permanent.
Those hats were the same way
which is why the auction house ones say "permanent"

as for the potions I'm not sure on those I know I have a lot and if I've got a lot there are some people with a LOT more than I've got
I was thinking they're the same as picking or eating a magic herb, a flower from the pink tree or the lily pond you wear as long as you are in game and don['t change clothes .. and yes those still work if you can find the herb thing, pond and tree

I think it was on sale as well! I have one too and I pair it in an outfit with the snot picking mask, lol, it makes a strange look! :haha:
