I have a raffle ticket but I didn't get the pug yober. Pop up didn't appear in the game. I thought it's just going to appear a bit later like last time.

The Pug Yober promo is only available to players who purchased raffle tickets. Anyone gifted/traded one would not be able to get the participation reward.

If you purchased your ticket, don't hesitate to get in touch with our support team using the Help button above the game window.

Not sure why this would be the case. A purchase of the ticket was made at some point. Which means the promo was satisfied. If a player sold/traded/gave away the ticket SOMEONE should get the pug. I can understand this rule IF and only if the original purchaser gets the pug even though they may not still have the ticket. But if they don't get the pug, it SHOULD go to the holder of the ticket regardless of how they got it. When we buy lottery tickets or raffle tickets in real life & give them away, any prize that could be associated with the ticket belongs to the holder of the ticket.
