help plz....can anyone watch commercials? and how... I can't for months, I could for a while, and now nothing for a long time... do you have any suggestions?

Yeah, some haven't had any ads at all since they switched ad providers. Some of us do, and they are funky. There is one that's been coming up for weeks and, no matter how many times I report it, it still keeps popping up. It doesn't pay the reward and just stays stuck there when it's finished. When watching my ads today I only had a few ads outside the broken one and then got the quota thing. BVG keeps saying it depends on location and that they'll pass this broken ad issue on and nothing ever happens. So annoying.

BVG's pathetic and worn out 'canned excuses' are centering around "it's a regional issue", have been the only regurgitating responses to this problem that will continue to be around long after we're gone...

I just stopped wasting my time and energy and flat out refuse to believe anything and everything that passes as an explanation anymore...

I recently started watching video ads again, they stopped working for me a bunch of months ago. About a week ago I tried to see if they worked and they did. They are a little screwy, sometimes it says no video ads and sometimes the ad freezes. It takes me longer to reach the daily quota, sometimes I leave it and a couple hours later when I come back in the game I continue watching.

I notice the amount I get daily has increased. Quite a bit. I have been watching for about a week and I get more even without the double pay days.

I play the game in Facebook, not sure if it makes a difference.

I haven't had ads in nearly 11 months. I've lost out on at least 60m because of it.

First, they won't work through FB, only through YoWorld. Make sure you don't have an ad blocker turned on or they won't work at all. A few months ago, one of the customer service people told me to try playing on Firefox. I did and it has worked, for the most part. I think they are tied to the side ads. I've noticed that when the side ads aren't working correctly, these video ads won't work correctly either.
They are funky, as LisaTM said. They don't always play. Sometimes, it takes moving the mouse around when the ad is trying to load. On the ads that seem to just stop, I found that some of them will work if you go on it and just use your scroll wheel and move it up and down a time or two. Sometimes, just lifting up my mouse and tapping it back down works. I have found that I might need to go into an empty room and they will work better. And then sometimes they just don't work at all.
It's annoying, time consuming and not customer friendly. I'm sick of their excuses on why they aren't working and why they can't seem to fix them.
Hope these things might help someone else.

I play YoWorld on Facebook. I had no ads for months -- not since November 2024. I was pleasantly surprised about a week ago to find they were working again. All was going well until today. Stupid mattress ad navigates away from the Yo page and when it's finished it doesn't pay. I tried multiple times and finally gave up. I'm going to leave it for awhile and hope it goes away on its own. Too bad. I'm broke and could use the coins. Can't really play until I can replenish my stash and that will take several days.

I haven't played on Facebook for months, I tried it these days on the recommendation of the Julyinter, but the icon is the same for me, I don't even get ads, the icon is white... I was waiting to see it, but nothing... of course the blocker is not turned on
