Can we get an answer to the issue with ads please? We're not getting one in the tech/ bugs forum. Maybe can we get one here? The mattress ad is stuck and won't quit. The ads featured on the side of the game slow everything down. I reloaded 8 times the other night and just gave up. I have a two day old computer I'm using, so there is no reason I should have lag and loading issues. Can we get help here or should I just delete the game and forget it. Been here for years but it seems the problems are worse not better. Make the game work properly first before you add anything else. It shouldn't be this difficult.

I reported the mattress ad several days ago and there is a large thread about it. Someone else posted a similar complaint on here a few days ago and now you have. It is still not working and I question whether anyone cares enough about it or is able to fix it.

I personally get out of it as soon as I am able and yes that is an ordeal as I have to close my game and refresh it.
