I noticed when I am editing my room, I only seeing an option to rotate an item. I havent played in awhile. I remember we had an option to layer items but I am not seeing the option to do that. Are we still able to layer items?

Yes you should still be able to layer items.
Were you playing via facebook when you noticed there was no layering tool?
It is only available on yoworld.com.

As Loie said - please ensure you're playing through YoWorld.com as the layering tool is exclusive to that platform.

If you're already playing in Yoworld.com and it's not functioning as it should, kindly submit a support ticket for help
