Not only does this game freeze at the most inconvenient times, literally every day, but I end up losing daily neighbor visit coins and chests when it decides to freeze up. Lost two of mine today, let alone the other times this has happened.

Clearing cache and browser is not the issue on my end, as my router is fine. With many people experiencing this, there's a common denominator that needs addressed and corrected. How is anyone supposed to do anything in the game if it consistently freezes up?

That is why the ticket system is so important

they are looking for common points all of us have ... that might explain what is happening.

Browser does matter, I moved to Opera and it made all the difference in the world. Some find Brave and other non google based browsers do a better job because google is using a lot of your space to run it's operations while other browsers use less data to do the same operations.

also, while many think it's not me -- your router can get stuck and need manually rebooted and same with your modem --- so if you havent rebooted both of them, I would. I would also do a speed test, I did and we found I was losing a ton of data. So for me it was a physical issue with my connection ---- others it was other issues. Including for a few their systems needed updating or equipment updated

I've had Opera for at least 15 yrs You know what they say when i send in a ticket? Probably way less than most because opera is the best browser for me and yoworld , they say change Browsers easy cop out for them or clear your cache so who wants to send in tickets and be told the same thing over and over

I agree, and I did this sort of job for a number of years -- it gets monstrous hard to keep telling people to do the same things and knowing that the chances are slim at this point the advice works. You have a right to be frustrated. --- Im sorry I dont remember where to locate the computer advice offered on system size. If your system is older and hasnt been updated to increase memory size it's possible youre timing out ?

THey told me to quit using Google and to switch to Brave. I did for playing the game and its not been freezing up at all since.
HOWEVER - today it is refreshing hell!!!! I can't do anything that its not refreshing the game

I don't do random visits any more because of pets I land in a room full of pets thats it FROZEN
I run an older little bit slower computer on Brave which is really good but the random loading of other peoples rooms na sorry my computer just wont do that at all

Its a pity we can't just scroll to the bottom of our buddy lists and visit the empty room non-playing players any more now those loaded great no pets in those ones

The game was running smoothly until the changes to the ads and whatever else has been bungled. I don't understand how some think a game can and should be operated the way it has since last fall. No ads, too much freezing, people leaving...it's a cluster you-know-what. I love YoWorld, but so much could be done to improve gameplay.

The past three months I had vip and the game worked perfectly. No crashes, no reboot, I could enter the gem challenges without it losing my progress. Stopped vip and all the issues are here again. Super frustrating, this is def an issue due to their ads. I don't mind the ads, just let the game work properly.
