Has anyone had this issue with the recent staircase deal? I chose my bonus item and received a receipt via email, but no yocash or item. Anyone else?

I’ve already submitted a ticket, but surprised as I’ve never had issues before

If you've checked your logs and found neither, as well as refreshed since the purchase, I've also seen some people find that they weren't charged on their card for it.

If all of these failed you, then a ticket is the right way. :thumbsup:

A couple days ago my purchase took an hour to pay out. I sent a ticket but did not hear from anyone regarding it. I did get my cash and prize however.
