How is it possible that we’re already 5 themes ahead and still stuck on CT2025 in the gem challenge? It feels like a slap in the face for us players. You can check my record and see I’m a regular YoCash spender, yet you’re not listening to us as customers. I feel genuinely disappointed and upset with the BVG team.

I'd rather be a little in front than what it was years ago
They'd give us a room where the theme wasn't even released yet or was being released so there was very little if anything to put in the room.

At least when the themes are in front I've got time to buy 80 plus tiles if I need to , placing them 15 at a time in Gothic House rooms so I can level up while I'm doing it
No rush , I can think about my entry and think about the themes I like and want to buy stuff from .
Plenty of time to buy a couple hairs in AH cheaper too as the price drops 2 days after release.

Ok yeah 5 is a little bit too far in front, it's confusing like a 4-foot tall person in the 6-foot grass (( where the flip are we ??))
the BB2025 theme ( BVG birthday ) we didn't get to do any gems entries at all for that one, which was disappointing I'd bought a hat special for that too .

These constant releases look like they're just shooting out what they've got left a clearance sale of themes

The never ending pursuit of staying in front of people who are BORED is real.

They tried to slow it down, and the players said no. So here we are on the carousel of fun that spins faster and faster while flinging people off of it as it does. That is also real.

Same sentiments. The themes are changing way too fast, and are becoming repetitive. I wish they would slow it down, put up the finishing touches to themes, make it complete down to the last detail then put it up in the gem challenges so at least we can decorate with the complete set of themes. It is getting hard to keep up and I can't even wear half of what is in my inventory due to the need to keep up with everything -_-

too fast, not enough decor and clothing for a theme to feel complete, and doesn't line up with the GEMS event (which I think is on purpose so you have to spend on themes you probably would have skipped altogether) o_o

i'm so tired of being 4 or 5 themes ahead of what we're still expected to use in the gem event.

we complained when we didn't have enough to wear (no hairs released yet for a gem outfit to fill the boost, for example) but they went overboard. i am so uninterested in decorating with items from 5 themes ago, make it one theme ahead, that is perfect. it lagged behind when they had 2 week themes change back to 1 week themes, but still treated the GE as if we had 2 week themes.

when we wanted 2 week themes, instead of giving us more quality/quantity of themes they just slowed down how long it took to deliver the same amount of stuff. i never complained about longer themes, but perhaps because they didn't really listen to what the issue was (not enough items for rooms) they were losing money.

They sure are huh... I haven't entered in a gem contest since Spring... Just play at your own speed and try to find some joy in the game.

Depends on if the race takes place on tarmac or in sand/dirt. :D

Yoworld theme change might actually be faster

I agree, I am 16 homes behind... I can't keep up, can't even enjoy an outfit or hair for more than 24 hours, before the new items come out. There is no savoring and enjoying the moment.

:haha: Nice point!

I agree, tYoWorld theme change might be faster than both F1 and cheetah.

I think only the speed of light can beat the speed of YoWorld theme change :haha:

Agree, especially with the bolded part. I felt like they were not creating nearly enough content for the 2 week themes, and I don't know who thought switching to 1 week themes was a solution. I wouldn't mind QUITE as much IF there was enough content (mainly store content) but, as I predicted, there's even less in the 1 week themes.

BVG is not giving us enough items for homes and keep putting things into cash deals and such. To me sounds like this game is desperate for cash at moment and that kinda red flag!

Struggling to keep the game alive because if this game was making so much money they wont be having much things in yocash deals. Check back when they first took over we had lots of items and clothing and much fun stuff and better themes and nothing felt rushed!

If BVG is responding to "the players" then it is only the squeaky wheels that are never happy with anything. I was in denial for a long time, but I'm really beginning to wonder how much longer the game will last. Pushing out themes so quickly added to the fact that so many items are now only available for real cash feels like desperation. If not desperation, then pure greediness. I know it takes money to keep the game going, but maybe BVG should seek out a few limited time partnerships/sponsors and let the players actually enjoy the game.

I think most of us would actually prefer more complete themes lasting 2-3 weeks rather than what we are getting now. The only ones who are not content with that are the players that don't like whatever the current theme is. BVG is never going to please everyone and the game is being ruined by them trying to do so.

I quit doing the gem challenges because I can't keep up with the themes anymore.

I quit because BVG stunted the number of good new items in gems to almost nothing. It's not worth it. I've taken the last 3 gem events off and found that I enjoyed summer way more. And my inventory hasn't missed a single item. Not one. LOL
