I'm sure you'll get a satisfactory response once the situation is explained to BVG. Look at it from their perpective....how would they know there are so many different users in one household?
You'll have to wait for BVG's response. They are pretty backed up with their emails, receiving several HUNDRED a day. They won't do anything here on forums... and of course, we can't do anything lol
They will most likely ask you to show proof of ID and email for each account.
One family I know got banned was because one of the kids was involved in illegal activities. I assume they look into certain suspect issues before rolling out such bans?
