I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF BVG WILL EVER ALLOW FOR US TO FINALLY BE ABLE TO BUY AND SELL HOMES TO EACH OTHER AND ALSO GIVE US THE OPTION OF SELLING THE HOMES FULLY DECORATED OR EMPTY. I WOULD ALOS LIKE TO DELETE OR GIVE AWAY SOME OF THOSE FOR SALE HOMES THAT MAKE OUR AVATORS SMALL AND THE ITEMS THAT WE USE TO DECORATE LOOK TOO TEENY TINY AND YOU CAN'T REALLY APPRECIATE THE EFFORT ONE PUT IN TO DECORATE THEM. I MEAN, WHAT'S THE SENSE IN DECORATING SOMETHING YOU CAN'T EVEN SEE. :shock:

I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO DONATE SOME OF THOSE HOUSES TO PERHAPS SOME NEW COMERS THAT DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH COINS MUCH LESS :roll:

YOCASH TO BUY ANY HOUSES. I ALWAYS HELPED OUT ALL MY NEW COMER FRIENDS

WITH ALL SORTS OF ITEMS, FURNITURE AND CLOTHING, WHY NOT AN UNUSED HOME FILLED WITH LOADS OF UNWANTED FREEBIES AND ITEMS. DOES ANYONE ELSE AGREE?

i would like the option to sell or give houses to friends, kinda nice to give to a friend a house for the b-day lol

Meh! This idea has positive and negative points but the end result will be houses valued at several billion dollars / coins! Lol :p

This would help my hoarding and boredom issue, whether it be to sell and gift, or simply delete...I could clear out a home I don't like, sell it or delete it and be able to find the homes I do like to decorate with much more ease. After you have been here forever you tend to forget items and houses if you are not in rotation and sales

I think there should be an option to clear the whole house instead of just going room by room to look for something. It's tiring. I do with for a feature to sell back houses, but not deleting them

I don't mind the FS houses you can fit a pile of stuff in them, can't change walls and floors and you shrink but oh boy can you stuff them full
oh and you can make your font a variety of sizes in full edit mode when you post
no need for CAPS ok
