Before BVG gained control of YoVille, my friend and I were saying that if they do, would we have to start fresh, or stay where we are? I started to reminisce of the old YoVille (I'm an 09 player, disregard my start date ) and since we had 6 years of it I had said that I wouldn't have been mad if we had to start over. The idea that it would have been a NEW game for everyone sounded great, and I was getting ahead of myself thinking that YoVillians were going to lose all their items and we all would've had to start fresh.

I was thinking that if we didn't have to start over, the older items were going to be insanely high in worth, and I wasn't wrong With the release of the unreleased items, that kind of makes things better, but what do you think? Would you have liked BVG to start fresh or just keep all the items you already had?

I probably wouldn't play.
I might of stuck around to carry on the Weekly YoMail but that's it.

Ditto, I would've continued to play GTAV and probably would've never opened Yo again.

Invested too much money and time and skill to start anew! So no! I wouldnt have continued to play if we had to start fresh!

I would have been curious to see what this whole YoWorld was about. I'd have given it a chance.
I was prepared to start fresh if I had to, but I'm REALLY glad we didn't have to.

I probably would have felt a little sad, but I still would have played. I am glad we got to keep our old stuff, houses, and levels.

Would not bother me, I have had to start fresh twice from being hacked most recently.

Yes me too!

I would of checked it out. I mean the game it's self but I wouldn't start all over. It took to much time, effort and money to start all over again.

Yeah but they did and no reason why they couldnt......all they were doing is transferring data that was saved.

I doubt I would have returned. The items and homes of the past represent things I did - sorrows, joys, certain people. For instance, I have an old cannon and have had it for a few years but I remember someone who owned one and I loved to go play with it. My Mafia furniture reminds of a Boss who used to collect it - literally- for resale. My Mafia house kitchen reminds me of people I used to really think were my friends when i put it together. I can remember every trade I did to get my 08 and 09 Christmas ornaments. I remember the woman who sold me my Valentine 09 bed. She was a fantastic decorator and I, to this day, envy her Christmas ornament collection. I miss those people. I miss my friend who collected weird things and told me there were coin sellers buying guns and ammunition to use against U.S. troops in the middle east. I remember the mafia dealer who sold me my pink yocap for 20 thousand and gave me a couple thous back because it was all I had.
I doubt I could ever have those experiences again.
