1. take out the speedway and put an ice rink or something new and funner in it's place

2.change the design inside the coffee shop it's been the same since Zynga owned the game

3.change the sky club into something new like a restaurant or something or skate park

4. I want to see what the mysterious lake by the valley ranch is and why it's never used

I would love to see the speedway gone myself and a really nice park where people can sit on benches and interact with a cafe there and tables to sit down at. I would also like to see a bigger dance floor at the club with a sit down bar wrapped around the room. If we do not go to Vinny's anymore and the coffee shop then maybe have them open a new place at the park.
I think the ranch should be next to the Pet shop and make it a adoption shelter for ALL animals.

I agree there's no sense in the ranch being far from the pet shop lol
