See how the textures and colors slightly differ from the ones in game?

This is because they have to re-create the items,
And if BVG's designers don't know how to re-create certain quality textures like this, the quality will be average, and not up to standard, see what I mean?

If that's all u got is Snowville, that's not saying much, bc the wearables weren't that bad at all.. The bows were a huge hit as well as jay fur items and so forth...the furniture stunk for sure, but to say that for every release is telling. Burlesque, Elite, Fun, Mafia and so much more were hits.

I am truly confused here. I didn't get the OP as being ungrateful to BVG for saving the game and all of their efforts to make it a safer place to play. Why are people reading all of that into it. He like many others was stating he was unhappy about THIS particular theme and the quality of it. Yes it might have been better to have detailed exactly what he didn't like about this release other than the general statements he made but I don't get why its now about how grateful we are or aren't that they (BVG) saved the game. We ALL are grateful that the game was saved... we wouldn't be here if we weren't.

Come on now this is getting beyond a joke. Just because we are grateful and happy that our game was saved doesn't mean we cant voice our dislike over things that happen in the same saved game.

Problem is there are many ways to whine, judge, and call names on the forum...I think there was never an uprising when Z held the game because they didn't give a crap about how we felt, nor did they ask for feedback...also they were consistent in pricing and this new method will take time for people to get used to it...I do indeed think people need to stop judging!

We don't want a fight here, we want this game to be salvaged and many of us have been fighting for this game way before BVG took over ~ We all need to be heard and it's only fair that we get a voice in giving our feedback .... If u don't agree, then so be it, but don't call us whiners.

Not disappointed since I believe, by trial and error, BVG designs will improve. With the community's "positive" feedback and constructive criticisms, designs will only get better.

You must not have been on the forums then when that theme was released and people going off the handle about it being a Flintstones Christmas.

The Jay Fur items were player designer made not Z designer made....and the reasons why they are so expensive? People didn't really care much for them when they were in store and didn't buy.

Just because this release is not to your taste doesn't mean future things wont be. I don't know anyone who liked everything previously made by Zynga...Until it was Price jacked. Give it a few months out of stores and you'll be loving the Princess Snow theme more than you ever thought possible!

Here is my opinion, for what it is worth. I for one am not disappointed in BVG. I personally, do not like the badge thing that was released, but not because BVG did anything wrong with recognizing those who support the game, but more because of the already huge divide among some players who do look down on others in this game. Of course after really thinking about it, no matter what, there will always be some players who are just plain ole mean....

I understand in a way what the OP is saying. I don't think it is a quality issue as much as it is a style issue. For years we had the same designers with the company "which shall not be named." Now we have new designers. Yes, it will take some getting use to on our part, but we also need to be fair and realize that they have to have some time to adjust to designing for Yo. It makes me sad to see people say they should do this, or price this way, or design like the "old company" did. Well, "the old company" gave up on us.

I am not a princess type person, so this stuff did not appeal to me personally. But you know what? There was a poll, and they did LISTEN to what the majority voted for. That in itself speaks volumes to me. I am happy that they are giving what people want. So what if it is 90 degrees where I live right now.....It is Yoworld and I can dress like a zombie in May if I want or a popsicle in July....etc Also consider that people from around the world play and although it might be summer to you, for them it might be their winter. I think if people were willing to look at things from others perspectives, there would not be near the issues we have in our community.

As for the pricing, ok it is different than we have had before, and perhaps some of the yc prices are higher than we are use to, but how about we wait and see what a whole outfit costs before we start to scream it is too much? I mean if you can get a costume, shoes, earrings, hair, and accessory for all coins but have to pay 15 yocash for a hat, then it still seems to me that it is cheaper than before. I like that there is tier pricing and that everyone can get something for releases. my mindset is that I do not need every item from every release in the game so if what I want is yocash then I can buy it using my own or buy from events.

I know what I posted is long, but I just feel like we need to be patient. They were up front with us and said we have had a little trouble finding a 3D artist, but one is starting. That tells me furniture is on the horizon. The game is nearly free from the troublemakers. We have events and the auction house back. Many of our old friends have returned to the game. Yes, there are still things that need addressed and I think they are doing the best they can. I can not even imagine the condition the game was in when they got it. I think they are trying to fix the mess they bought. So, no I am not disappointed at all. The game I love is here to play, new stuff is coming. Things are being repaired. It might not happen as quickly as some want, but I TRULY believe we are in good hands and there is no where to go but up from here.

Amen JoJo.. this is so true..this has nothing to do with being ungrateful at all. I want to support the game and will buy YoCash as i have in the past. I just want to spend it on good items.. I am all for re-release of old items at this point....just sayin this again bc i realize they have a lot on their plate.

I was on the forums when that was released.. I know that Snowville wasn't a big hit, but the wereables were.. People went nuts for them. Even if they're not Z's designs, u said that every release was caused dissension and that's not true, that's was the point of answering ur post ~ .. but w.e Samberg, i have no issue if that's what u wish to believe...then please have at it. I like the new release. I wish there weren't different prices for the different colors, but I can live with it.

As pointed out that was a player design and how many years did it take Zynga to even start working with texture? Expecting stuff like this strait up with only this being the second release and everyone have a hissy fit about it would be a really depressing even more so knowing my company rescued a sinking ship that is still underwater as is.

Nope, i'll never like this theme regardless if it's pricejacked or not.. i judge based on my taste, idc if an item's pricejacked..
