this is just my personal feelings but i hate hate asking for things in rl and same goes with the game, if i want something i will work for it or buy it, if on occasions my friends see my wtb and gift me something then i will tell them i want to give them the coins or look for something to give them in return, i don't feel like i should get items for free as that's not the way the world works

Even more annoying are the ones invading signature space. While I don't care for the wishlist, I actually have to visit it to see it. Signature wish lists are like panhandlers in your face.

Of course; however, those items have been extremely hard for me to buy in game (Decorative French Doors, 09 4th of July Food, Alien 09, Mafia Cigar). I try to gift every day until my gifting limit is reached. And I don't gift just freebie items. I look at peoples' wishlists, and I decipher whether or not I have any items (or similar items) on their list, and I proceed to gift them.

You demonise the entire premise of wishing, and that, my friend, is wrong.

All of the "expensive" items that I have received are from EXTREMELY generous Yos, and I thank them so very much and I am extremely grateful for their amazing gifts.

I hope you are being sarcastic...

We all certainly do not have equal opportunities. There are people running around with over 50,000,000 coins, and I have personally never reached above 1,200,000 coins.

I just dont see a point to post a personal wishlist.Theres already an offical wishlist and everyone should post there,to keep it clean. One post is Enough. I see people are posting their wishlists couple of times a day. They think they will get a better chance to recieve their wish items ? No,they wont. All they can get is negativity.
But this is just my opinion. Some may agree some may not.
have a great day !

It's the same here when something happens, there's a ton of threads on it. I first posted about Gary Shiney Pants when they first hit the store, all of a sudden there were 6 threads. It's just how it is. I'd rather see freedom then see a heavy handed oversight. Let them post, that's their right to do so.

You automatically assume that everyone has "deep pockets." You surmise that everyone can purchase YoCash. I think I just laughed.

WELL stated. This is a public forum. If you do not like the content of a post or of a thread, then ignore it. It is NOT against the rules, by any means.

I don't see why y'all give a rats bottom end. People happily gift others so it's not really anything you should worry about...

LMAO so it's their job to support your gameplay?? I gifted over 50 mil worth of stuff when I quit, I probably have about a mil or less left in inventory, and I'd rather start from scratch and obtain my own items then beg for them. It's utterly embarrassing.

*giggle*

You may dress it up any way you choose. But it is and always will be polite begging.

I hold no grudge against your opinion. We disagree and that's cool. :D

I have never once implied that it is their duty to support ANYONE's gameplay. It is the prospect of generosity that brings this community together, and if a few people wish to undermine that via Nazi-like policies of controlling innocent things in their wishlist, then these Forums are no place for generous people.

This is a public forum; everyone is entitled to their opinion; however, these forums have grown quite hostile (albeit uselessly) in recent times.

its not always generosity when its being taken advantage of, especially by people who continue to post 09/08 items day after day and when get gifted said item post more, come on

You redefine generosity when ask for it. If you have to ask, advertise, or prompt someone, you just switched into begging. Dress that pig up anyway you want to, it is still a fuzzy pink pig.
