I have 5 different browsers loaded on my devices. I have yet to find one that isn't struggling with whatever is wrong with the game code - for me. I know players who are not having my issues or are having other issues entirely. My issue is that I'll get logged in, and then the game will simply freeze at some point. Can't type, can't move, can't edit, can't anything. I've let it try to unwind itself for 10 minutes just to see if it could - nope. I don't struggle loading stuff. It's not a combination of things I'm doing in game. It's not consistent at all or I would detail it in a ticket to BVG. It actually reminds me of the "freezes" players used MODs to do back when Zynga ran Yo.

If you are going to try a new browser, I would suggest downloading Opera GX - which is the gaming version of their browser. You don't have to remove Chrome. Just download Opera and see if that fixes your connectivity issue. It works for some players, so hopefully it does for you![/quote]

Thank you again Vice, much appreciated Ok so I downloaded both Opera GX and Firefox (just in case) and it seemed to have loaded quicker, I will need to have visitors to see if they are still arriving naked! But hopefully this will work... I'm off to try and decorate now to see if there is a difference. Just a BTW I am a 1/12th scale miniatures in RL and this is why I love decorating... gives me ideas... I created the Art Deco Chair for a few of my dolls houses LOL Anyhoo thanks again Vice.

Hi Pop! To use/launch/open/load/access YoWorld.com, we need to do it using a browser, right? There are many other browsers beside Chrome, Firefox and Opera. So, what browser are you using to open the game at YoWorld.com? Maybe you are using Edge browser?

I log in and it goes to my page, screenshot where you could see the time and date, so you can get an idea how long it takes.

Then I get this screen, sometimes immediately, sometimes after a few seconds, sometimes 1-2 minuets

I have checked my drivers/graphic card, and they are fine, and my browser does not need updated. I switched to another browser, and it worked for 4-5 hours and now it is doing the same thing in the second browser. I even switched to another computer, and it did the same on it????
Also, I can play other games with no problems, only happens with yoworld? And it does it running my game on facebook and yoworld.com both.

I thought that just downloading new browsers to fix the lagging issues was too good to be true... it doesn't help at all! Visitors are still naked and bald, loading is an issue, moving from rooms to rooms is an issue and the inventory is still the same! It is all a mess and I cannot see it being fixed if it has something to do with codes as I saw above but it seems this is not happening and the reason the game is like this! I cannot carry on playing a game that just doesn't work! Enough is enough! No one has this amount of time on their hands to just visit the visitors back, has taken me an hour to do it which is just pathetic! An they were all buck naked!

I haven't been able to play through YoWorld.com for days now. I can play through FB. I'm now missing out on whatever daily rewards you get for logging into the website in addition to not being able to watch ads for the last 3 months.

Whatever is supposedly being fixed is not working. The game will just freeze up or tell me to refresh quite regularly.

Yes, I've sent in tickets about all the issues but only get a "canned" response that things are being worked. on.

The lag is AWFUL for me, I freeze for 2 secs every time I click on something to open, or go to a new place, or to do something in game. Sometimes I have to refresh, because it lags me out.

Windows, App downloaded from chrome.

Same here, I went to an event and typed a message and it died on me cant do anything!

So are we to assume that the constant freezing, crashing & lag are just normal play now?

Hello! I just stopped by to report that I tried using the desktop app and Google Chrome browser but both freeze and crash on me after a couple minutes of playing. I tried to clear cookies and other site data, which logged me out, I signed back in, and it gave me an extra minute at most until it froze and crashed as well. Hope that helps!
I do have the latest Google Chrome version as well (Version 131.0.6778.205 (Official Build) (64-bit)) if that helps any.

UPDATE: After the fourth refresh on Google Chrome, I was able to stay on the game longer and make events but the Gem event task(?) to visit the clothing store would not open when at the store to complete it.

I freeze after seconds and even while sending a message to Help!

my game still freezes now and again - however I've just managed to watch 2 ads!!! First time since the beginning of the year.....
