Thank you! I don't have as many paintboards as most probably do, but I appreciate the update. I hope we can get our images back too.

I have been out of the game for some time but am seriously gutted to hear this and to see my hundred or so Harry Potter series of houses destroyed because of how many of the rooms consist of paint board images, of which I have not kept the images that were used in the first place so trying to replicate what was once created is now impossible.

Thank you got the YC...I really do hope we can get back our pictures..I don't know much about how to run this game program but can you not go to the garbage can persay and take all the boards back ..like when you delete a pic..maybe i'm not saying this right ( 1st coffee)...why is it noone in the higher ladder of the game ever replies to us say in forums..only Andrew..I used to laugh cause he always sounded so generic..submit a ticket...submit a ticket lol..are they THAT short staffed though..(no offense to you Andrew). I would think there has to be like 1 BIG VIKING giving orders...Be cool if he or she came and joined us...just saying..on to 2nd coffee..Have a great day \night and stay safe YoAngels

Its so unfortunate we all have to pay the price because of a few that break the rules. Its not so much the money now (even though 25YC cannot touch what was lost) its the hours of work and all the art of loved ones that is gone forever!!! We have lost so much in this game (fighting hackers and trolls) and now this. Just heartbreaking

Very sad why not just take yo world away from the bad ones shut them down for 30 days then if happens again delete there accounts is this why the Picture frames aren't working either? just stinks

Let me just add, and no offense intended, but the themes are either dull, repetitive and even WORSE, the only items worth buying are TIED UP IN GAMBLING.
Compensation for INCONVENIENCE? No, how about compensation for TIME, MONEY and ruined rooms because of the above?
You can do what you like with the boards as far as I am concerned, I won't be investing another minute to redo them in the new and improved boards should that EVER happen... I won't be spending hour upon hour and YC to replace what you removed.
