Can YW not just remove the ability to use the drawing tool or put some sort of "yadda, yadda" control when a person uses the paint board abusively? They give you a choice of blocking profanity in the talk bubbles, why can they not do this? If not, perhaps there should be a team that is specifically for that section of the game that monitors this type of childish behavior, and perhaps tec's should put these players on probation. PAINT BOARD was a good way of allowing players to express their photography and respectable artistic ability. I myself do not like the pop-up commercials that we are constantly forced to see and interrupt our game on an everyday basis, but that's okay just as long as it's respectable. I understand that YW does need to make some $$, however, perhaps they are going too far by dropping the Paint Boards, why not just put a team on it and monitor it, please?

I genuinely don't understand why you wouldn't refund all the users what they have spent on paint boards. What is the logic? This game struggles to retain users and there doesn't seem to be any solutions. I can assure you that making new items isn't the fix.

When I started playing this game. It wasn't because of an amazing marketing strategy. It was by word of mouth. No one is trying to undermine your "teams" frustrations of managing and operating a business. But this situation seems like a no brainer.

Who says they didn't punish the offenders? They might have banned them if they were what some of the icky content was. If they hadn't disabled the boards, they could have faced a lawsuit that would tank them meaning no more game. If they had left them useable and banned those who violated the TOS, the people who did whatever they did could have come back under an alt and have done the same thing. There was a valid reason for them having to disable them.

HOWEVER, they seem uninterested in or incapable of coming up with a solution. That's the problem.

I wish we could use them to just draw on them again.

I have coin-run visited a buddy of mine who had a whole room done in graffiti. Our common friend used to spend her time drawing and selling art, and those were some of her biggest and finest works. I was wondering why was his room suddenly looking so empty, and it never occurred to me at the moment. I swear, you could s#!t right in front of me, and I'd be freaking out over smell for 3 hours before seeing it.

I also had a board signed by my old friend group. None of them play anymore, and I only managed to stay in touch with one person.

I'm just finding out about this, and I can't believe it.

I have a question for all the crew at BVG. When you spend for a service ,do you expect to receive good service and get what you paid for ? I think you would...
I am just wondering because most people, who play YoWorld and pay VIP and more, are hoping you could be at least upfront about your intentions for the board issue, and why we have not been not updated for such a long time.
I have asked few times if you intend to restore our photos of rooms we designed, and have not been successful from you in getting a direct response to the question. Your reply : Only sorry.... we are working on it, over and over.
I would hope at least, although nothing has been finalised, you would at least have an idea what is in the plans on the boards issue being disabled, and yet, still no response.
If you will not have it fixed, at least let us know ,than keep us for so long in the dark. I would like to perhaps remove the expensive items (items I bought and used with those boards to design those rooms,( that took me endless hours to make,) and use my items for other deco projects.
I would think if you really did intend to restore our work you would have cautioned people not to move anything in the rooms we designed. Nothing was said and nothing announced...very odd
Lastly, I totally understand this is your game and your items to do as you please, but have you lost all motivation to keep your base customers to keep playing and paying happy customers ????

They're NOT disabled,
in a buddys room last night, had added him at yesterday's gem event,
he had white boards with drawings of a penis ejaculating between a pair of female bare breast.

1 was an erect penis ejaculating,.

& about 20 white boards with various comments saying F$%K me etc...

so u might as well let them be reinstalled.

Paint boards were Disabled and are useless now. just tried to draw on one.

i am thinking they used Whiteboards

Till we have a suitable replacement and/or given our money back.....my wallet is CLOSED.
I haven't bought yocash in quite awhile and I hope BVG has seen the impact of their decision.

That's definitely the feeling I'm getting. I mean, at this point they're not even giving us the canned, "Please be patient. We're working on it." anymore. Just complete silence. Even if they can't give us specifics about where they are in the process and what exactly they are changing, they should at least be assuring us it's still being worked on. And if they have scrapped all plans to bring them back, they should let us know.
