i agree with sooz, even if its close to Disneys designs, it would not matter, BVG would most likely be in trouble due to the fact that they are close replicas of the original designs..
No matter if they are close or not...
unless BVG has millions to give to disney to be able to be successful in this... most likely wont happen...

I personally would love to have a disney theme, dont get me wrong, it would be awesome!

Disney is well known as a company who loves to sue.

Look at them the wrong way - you get sued. If a fly was walking down the pavement and a Disney executive trod it, the poor dead fly would get sued for messing the executive's sole...

I personally wouldn't make any attempt to cross them.
