Man that is some total BS! They need to fix this ASAP!! They should have seen something was going wrong with this many people sending in tickets. Or are they THAT oblivious!

ugh.. the more I hear about the auction house taking items the more leery I am to use it.

Almost 2 weeks. I have given up. I no longer list things in the auction house. I also take it as karma cause I bought the girls for really cheap from a friend a year ago and was trying to sell them to get some coins. I shouldn't have been greedy lol. I should have just kept em lol.

I lost a handheld June 25 or 26. I sent a ticket but no reply yet. I did freeze right after I put it in. It is nowhere to be found in my inventory. This has happened to several people I know of and their things were worth a lot more than mine. I am afraid to sell there for now.

A best friend of mine lost a pair of rets in the AH due to this glitch (blue, thankfully.) I havent used it.. I have been keeping my distance from AH for a few weeks now, if not a few then way more.. I'm sticking to auctions, Not risking my items getting lost, then to receive 0% help because i'm not a paying customer.

Yep..lost my kentucky side wavy brown (pricey hair) last Monday. ZERO repleys from support. Makes u think twice about spending anymore real money on this game if this is how we'll be treated.

I put 09 male cupid in ah it froze then when i refresh my item was gone and its no longer in my inventory...then the other day i put large blue bear in for 6mil buy out was 6.5 mil when i went and check it sold for 2.5mil?
Im so lost and confused what the YOWORLD is going on?

I know this an old thread, however, I wanted to update it. Yesterday I heard back on the ticket I sent for my missing item in AH. I replied with more detailed information. They were able to track my transactions and today it is back in my inventory. I hope this helps for those who are waiting to hear on their missing items. Thank you to the Vikings…<3

I lost a hat.. but i never sent a ticket because i knew that there is tons of tickets being sent.. So i let it go
But i really did not care because it was only a 40k something hat but goodluck on the rest of you getting ur items back!

7 days...still waiting.

I lost my first item in the AH black hole yesterday.
It wasn't an expensive item, but when I went to list it, the AH froze and POOF. Item gone.
I've heard of friends losing very expensive items, and not getting positive results from customer service.

I'm hoping BVG is taking a serious look at what's going on...and fixes it.
AH is the only way A LOT of us buy/sell.

Same thing happened to me 2 days ago...I haven't heard anything either...

As I said above, I lost my item either June 25th or 26th, and it was resolved today. Don't give up hope. It may take awhile, due to the sheer amount of tickets, but they will help you.

Must be nice. I still have not received any word from them. It has been 2 weeks.
