Hey I would pay 20 yc to buy perm skin! If it's permanent I'm totally buying! Lol And true about how much we spend on renting skin..that is why I would like perm haha.

If they were permanent, it's a once off payment. Renting provides a reoccurring income that over time will generate more income. BVG needs to make money to pay back their loan and keep this game alive. Keeping skins rentable provides a tiny income stream for them.
