Zynga's items should be re-released, BVG created items don't necessarily need to be released now, they can be re-released in 2020. That way BVG created items will gain in value.

Leading question on that poll, maybe there would be different results if you worded the options fairly. :P

I don't agree with zyngas items being re-released. If that was the case then everyone should just of started totally fresh. With nothing. And I don't agree with that at all. I really think the pet thing was a mistake. I may be wrong but that's my outlook on it. I think something got messed up with the coding as someone else mentioned.

Yoworld's economy is in tatters and people are hanging on to the past for all its worth. It is time to let go and embrace the future of the game.

Under Zynga's watch hackers and price jackers ran the yoconomy into the ground. People took advantage of the psuedo Laissez-faire economy that was birthed in Z's outhouse to the point that a culture of entitlement has become entrenched among certain players.

If Yoworld is to survive the yoconomy needs to be rebooted. In it's current form it is unsustainable. Something needs to give. If the economy is to be rebooted items need to be devalued. The only items that should not be re-released are collectibles. Everything else is fair game.

The pet store will have provided BVG with a small taste of the whinging associated with re-releases. If re-releasing themes, items, unreleased and short term released items is going to be done, it needs to be done in one foul swoop. You cannot re-release items slowly over time, this will only create a long term drama. All items need to be re-released at once without forewarning.

That way all the players will cry at once, they will go through the stages of grief and when all is said and done, Yoworld will finally free of the baggage of the past and people will be able to look to the future, a future of opportunity and possibility under management that actually cares for the game.

It needs to be done soon, during this transition period. Leave it too long and it will be to late.
Re-releases are good for the game, you need to look past your greed and virtual wealth. Sometimes you need to take one for the team, if there was going to be a time to do this, this is it.

Agree! Agree! 100% Could not have said it better myself. Open themes up for a couple of weeks. Let us get what we want. We've been through enough the last year or so that it would be a nice gesture. And then will get out fresh start! =)

If they just re-release one theme with a few expensive items in it, then yeah they'll be annoyed because they could've spent the coins on something else that's expensive. But if everything's re-released, then it won't be as expensive..

If everything is re-released and devalued, will it not create a space for BVG to release their newly created items into the game, items that will gain in value over time?

Why would anything have to be rereleased to create a space for new items or for these new items to gain value.....items always gain a certain amount of value the longer they are out of stores. older things do not need to be rereleased in order for that to happen.

If they're going to open up themes. Then why not just leave everything in stores for everyone for all times. So that everyone could have everything and everyone could look the same and have all the same items. Heck why not just put everything in stores for free? I mean really if it's fair for anyone now. Then when any new players start it should be fair for them too. Don't ya think?

AMEN!!!!!!!!!!! Best post I have read on this forum. :D
People do not realize that the only once who will be left in the game with this kind of prices are the same 1-2 thousand die hard players that were left standing after zynga sold this game. New people will never be able to afford any of this items & because of it, they will LEAVE this game. Without new players & new influx of people buying YC & coins from BVG company would not be able to keep this game... so all this pleading about saving this game so they can meet new people & socialize was useless.
Only rares in the games should be collectables & things like robo girl & robo boy & so on, things they you could only get as rewords. If it was in store Re-Relise it.

Adding onto your point... why not just put everything that is released and will be released into everyone's inventory for them. It would save me the hassle of going shopping myself...

Why not just let them socialize and play the game for us too?

It really depends. If they re-release Retros, it may not be the best for sellers because that means prices go wayyyy down.

Strongly disagree about any kind of rereleases. I play games like this because I can get an item and then it goes up in value and then I can resale it to make coins. Also, some people like to set goals for themselves to get the item they want or need. In my opinion, new people can make coins slowly like I did or they can buy yocash and make coins faster to buy old items.

It took me 5 years to make my first mil. It took time but even so, with the current prices what can you buy with 2 mil. You could buy 2 small bowls of strawberries and maybe have enough left to buy a ratchet dress. That's with the current prices.

Now if items are devalued you possibly spend your 2 mil on an 08 and maybe have enough over for that hair you always wanted. If items are devalued, your 2mil will go a lot further then it will with the current prices.

I agree...nothing needs re-released to make space. And yeah items should gain value with age. That's why re-releases are a bad idea. It hurts the game in the long run. I say if they're going to re-release then just put it all back in game with no price tag at all because if there's nothing to level you up with then why bother lol
