From what I've seen it's mostly Viking John and Gary Stevenson who reply to posts on the forum to clarify matters. You can do a search and then type in their name under author and see all the posts they have made on the forum.

Who, besides you two is responsible to speak on your company behalf on this forum?
Can you please officially introduce ALL this individuals to us.
So many people are quoting different posts about your company policy, about what you said, about where your company stand on different issues.... It would be so helpful if we knew for sure that we are talking to someone who speaks for you...And know OFFICIAL stand of your company on different issues..... and not just hearsay.

Thank you very much

which 'policies' are you seeking clarification on?? what issues are you looking to have addressed?

I am not talking about anything specific, I just want to know who is responsible for what...
Like Who is in charge of Bugs & technical issues & who will be monitoring that part of the forum.
Because on the old forum if your problem or question ended up in Bugs, it was a GRAVE YARD of that question... I don't think anyone even looked at that .

That kind of thing.
And it would be nice in general to know who they are and what they do within the company.

I put a post up in the Bug reporting section itself, basically stating that while we do read through the forum occasionally, we don't often get a chance to look into it too thoroughly because of other aspects such as support tickets.
The sub-forum is mainly there for yourself and other players to discuss any problems, such as finding out if anyone else is having the same trouble that you are.
If you have a problem with something in game not working, definitely send us a Help ticket in-game so we can check it out. :)

And you also put the post up concerning the rerelease question:

Viking John wrote:Hey everyone!

As it's been stated a few times in this thread quoting Gary's interview with YoRehab, if any item has officially been released by Zynga in the past we will not be putting it back into the game. Accidental releases such as the Menorah Hat are different, as they weren't an official release.

All of your 08 and 09 costumes, retro specks, and all the other valuable items that have been released before are not going to be re-released. As Gary mentioned, we understand the value of rare items and want to keep it that way.

If you see people posting 'rumor' threads about releases coming tomorrow or next week, if it's not a post from one of us then it's exactly that, a rumor!

I hope this helps clear things up for everyone!

Anywho.. You can post your suggestions and feedback in this section.

Is this not insulting???

I have seen that and as a matter of fact, it is very true. How do you think teachers are able to read and understand 4 and 5 year old writing? LOL I can assure you they don't spell well at first....... That is why I don't understand why others correct grammar and spelling online. Admittedly, when someone butchers the English language on purpose, I cringe, but I never feel the need to correct others when it is a typo or even because they don't know how to spell a word. As long as you can understand their point, why does it matter? Even if you can't understand their point, no need to make someone feel bad. I am impressed with the OP abilities. It is certainly something to be proud of. :)

Honestly, I don't get offended when someone is correcting my spelling, but like someone suggested it would have been a little nicer if it was done through PM. :|
