When Rex came out, I avoided the AH entirely and actually began to see revenue
take my coins to the plus again buy using Events only.

For the time being. I would suggest that no one uses AH.

As far as responses from Support - we aren't allowed to comment on that.
So I'll just say I'm very unhappy and pretty disgusted with the whole mess.

I tried to say this before. I will attempt to do it again without referring to anything

When I "listed" the WGN Hairs. There was an AH glitch. It went down for about 12
hours or so. I had listed some of them at 1c with a BIN of "I can't remember" 20-1 30 -1 and 15 -1
I always list a variety of prices to see what hits and what price to list the next batch.

(It's hard to say this without violating what I was told)

At some point I became aware that a single WGN was returned to my inventory.
I noticed that my coins didn't change. Other than purchases which I'm aware I made.
I had much FEWER coins than I had before I listed the hairs.

OK then relisting that one and buying more of them...

On our end. We hit the list button. We put in the price. We hit Sell Now.
Then -- we get a frozen screen. And after a refresh nothing is there.
It's not on AH and it's not in our inventory.

My question to you at the time was: How do you know what we are listing?
I also mentioned that yes you should have a list of what we are buying and selling.

HOWEVER, if the item never makes it to the auction house but disappears from our
inventory, How can you track that? Because it seems like it's glitching from our homes.
Then information would never actually make it to your end.

The second issue. As I experienced with the Blonde Frozen Pigtails.
I listed 5 of them. I have no way of knowing which sold and which didn't sell
as the notifications do not work.

However I do know that I didn't make as much money as I should have made
but I also do not have the hairs. I don't actually have any proof that AH ate them.
But I know AH ate them. I don't know how many of them were eaten either.

--- I'm telling you this so you can know what we are experiencing on our end
in hopes that something will "flash" on your end and you will say : Oh! There's the problem!

I'm not posting this to be crabby or icky. I want to help. Please do not delete this again.
