Let me just ask you this question, using your analogy.

$5 for one Starbucks Latte (gone in mins)
$5 for one McDs Happy Meal (gone in mins)
$5 for one gallon of gas (gone in mins)

OR .. $5 for one pixel item that you can enjoy for months, maybe years.

Entertainment comes in all forms..it is a choice. I think the Pixel is a better value, imo.

What I'm saying is IF more people buy yocash (not yc items) then prices could come down as BVG's revenue would increase.

this reminds me of that song

"you can't always get what you want"

Nothing is free and if they made the game so that you could have everything, then how fun would that be, if you need the items then I suggest supporting the game and buying yocash.

I don't eat fast foods, and if i'm paying 5 dollars for one item than it would go towards a console or pc game that i can enjoy for years instead of just one virtual item that has no real value because the game can shutdown at any moment. You see where i'm coming from? or is it just me? Also, like i said, once again, who would want to buy yocash with the prices so high? I'm not talking about decreasing Yocash prices - like the 5$, 10$, 20$, etc. but the ingame Yocash prices, like the 19yocash stuff for one item. It's ridiculous.

I never said anything was free, so why do people keep bringing this up? if you didn't realize, i have a badge, so i pay to play. It's just a suggestion -.-

Thank you. Your statement looked more like a question, maybe it was the question mark that confused me (lol), so I clarified it.

Considering the first month we were left with no releases, it shouldn't come at a surprise that only 5% spent there money on this game. ;) Only recently have we started seeing BVG actually releasing items, and they have been overpriced and lacked variety.. I'm sure the latter will likely change once BVG gets more situated, but I personally do not feel i'm getting my money's worth with the current prices. :/

I didn't say I was surprised that only 5% spent money on the game....although given the number of people that pledged to support BVG if they purchased Yo it is a little perplexing. I don't think anyone stated...I'll buy yocash when you make items I like at the prices I like. LOL We all have to decide if we're getting entertainment from the game...that's ultimately what it is. Just as some movies you'll enjoy more than others, some items you'll enjoy more than others. I'm sure that BVG will continue to monitor and adjust pricing accordingly.

I think the new store pricing is sheisty too, but the foundational problem is the cash per real life dollar ratio. naturally they should also offer decent items for a variety of yc prices from 1-8 which they don't really

as it is, needing to pay more than a real $1 for an uber tiny pixelated hat, chair or teensy weensy pair of eyes is unfair, unrealistic, and ungentlemenlylike.
I expected it of Zynga sadly, but I was hoping that would be one of the first things the Vikings changed.. instead they kept robbery prices the same and charged us like $10 for a fugly crown :? then more shenanigans ensued.. I think they may be flustered and have forgotten that the best business practices may be treating your customers how you'd like to be treated. they are hospitable for the mostpart, and charming, but too much real life money is expected for pixels. especially proportionately to the game with how many items there actually are in it, and the nature of the game which is conducive to collection and circulation of items

now a new player can hardly afford anything, and why would new people want to invest money into a game that seems so unreasonably priced? especially if the game is relatively boring for them when they first join given the paling amount of magic within the starter items compared to the items and wonders we're all familiar with.

if they work at the factory, make 200c every 6 hours lol, and everything in the store is more than 1,000c, (which they would have to harass like 600 facebook friends to get promoted to earn) or yocash which $5 will get them 3 hats or almost enough furniture to decorate their living room.. why would they really wanna play and dole out that much moolah

a lot of loyal players would also spend more if yc cost less and you got more pixels for your pretty pennies. pricing stuff more than Zynga even did, is cuhraZy. but yknow, crack is legal in Canada, so I guess you'll have that

This would work both ways.. A lot of people would start buying YoCash because it's cheaper and you're getting more for your money.. However, a lot of people would also stop buying YoCash because it would be worth less in game. The easier it is to get YoCash, the less the YoCash will sell for in-game. Just like coin items.. The harder it is to find an item, the more expensive it will be. :geek:

Personally, I don't mind the prices.. Yes I'd like more for my money, but I really don't mind paying the prices that we do now, especially seems BVG need it so much. Have a good day! :geek:
