Does it matter? People put parties in the "Dating" or "Jobs" section so you're acting as if they're completely gone. Also, i see party events in the party section all the time, it's just that the event list updates so fast that you may miss them. Anyone can have how much money they want since they took the time to get them. Adding a limit is a bad idea, end of discussion.
