Way back when during YC sales, I used to be able to use my phones browser to use the buy YC tab to buy YC. I hope ur friend is able to buy the YC they need! Bumping for admin.

Sadly,This isn't the only reason.The financial state of Egypt has been declining in the last 3 years for various reason which has caused a huge increase of USD compared to EGP (1USD=7.15 egp),so buying 300yc for example would cost 357 egp which is considered too much for a teenager budget.They should make special offers for us "Egyptians" if they want to attract us towards spending our money in this game.
Back to the thread,As the others said he should try paypal also there're special cards called "cash u" which he can use to buy fb credits if i remember correctly.
