Im taking a break from the ah becuase i dont feel safe to use it this period.Many problems with ah.

So many people seen to be losing stuff in the Auction House.. I think I'll stay away from there for a while!

Sorry to hear about your item, I hope BVG can fix this and give you your items back ASAP! :mrgreen:

I am so sorry this happened to you its amazing that auction house has expensive taste on what it eats.
I lost my blue cloche hat last week in the auction house I will not bother making a ticket ( I feel as if I should not have too) because as far as I have read this is happening to a lot of people and should have been fixed by now just one less feature to use.

the AH has stole so many of my items already lol i have support looking into it because on their end they say its in my invo but its definitely no in there.

I had same problem I got responses from BVG and it turns out the items are invisible, so they fixed it and I got my items back. The trick is don't EVER REFRESH let the game time out till it says you have to refresh then do it, and your item will be in inventory.

that is exacly what I am going to do wait it out..... I already made a ticket describing what is going on I notice a big light blue square box up by the notification tab that should not be there I sure hope they get this fixed soon it is a terrible nusiance

this happened to me too, it looks like it eats your items but theyre still in your inventory. you just need a viking to fix it for you, so just wait for them you answer your ticket.

I think AH has eaten several of my items but I'm just now noticing it now. 2 of the items i had in AH timed out a little while ago and I haven't received the coins for them yet

You would THINK i would have learned by hearing about all the other people who have lost their items. But NOPE not me. I just put in a Legends Parted Wavy hair in green to the AH and yep you guessed it...froze and when i got back no hair nothing in AH just GONE!!!! Arrrghghghghghhghhgggghhhh

sorry you lost your costume, I lost bunny slippers in AH I submitted a ticket and they were returned , it took about 2 weeks, BVG
stated in the email that there are 25,000 emails to respond to. holy cow, Im staying outta of the AH for now, good luck to you
