i'm not saying it isn't ok but when people get greedy and take advantage of others kindness it just ruins it, fair enough if u have one or two items u may be struggling to get but putting 08 costumes or rares on then maybe getting gifted one and putting another in it's place, to me is just wrong

i totally understand you what you are saying.Im against people that put list of 08 rares as their wishes.Instead of putting and putting items they could have worked for them.i want to help people asm uch as i can but seeing that they post 08's or other rare stuff and if they get gifted they put other item on its place is just GREEDY and very very WRONG.Sadly there are many of those in the game :x .Bvg should make a rule that wishes MUST BE POSTED IN THE OFFICAL WISHLIST ONLY so that way our ofrum will be way clearlier.

exactly, i've seen one person who quite often has changed their personal daily and it's all old expensive stuff, gets it gifted and puts something else in it... to me that isn't wishing, that's lazy, and taking advantage. i bet they have never gifted someone either

Pure greed... wasted space... and I don't even bother to look at them. I do however note the names and skip over them on the Official Wishlist. (I'm so mean lol)

I keep a wish in my siggy for what I would like to see in future...lol...as for as lengthy wishlists with expensive items....I find them a bit much sometimes. Blatantly asking for expensive things seems altogether greedy to me and especially when the player has been here a good while and had plenty of time to establish themselves in the game. It is nice to give and also nice to receive at times, but all in moderation. I have always been one to gift in the game but I pick people who aren't begging and could obviously use a bit of a leg up.The ones who continue to replenish their list with the most expensive items will never understand that part of Yo which is the challenge of setting a goal and reaching it themselves. I would never want to be considered a charity case in real life or here.

i gift alot in game too, and sometimes go into trading and gift if someone is looking for something, that to me is the type of person i would rather send my gifts too.

Yes,that's laziness and greediness. Those people Dont deserve to be gifted. I find same people at altons and on events for an example ''Birthday event'' . The whole point is to get items.I go there and always gift them mystery chests or something else.I dont even know how they dont feel bad.If i started begging or putting 08 rares in my siggy and wishing for them is like disrespecting myself.

I dont mind wishlists, cuz everyone will be gifted a lovely cottage credenza, so they can share in the feeling of admiration for it. :D

Thats the best thing we should do.But sometimes seeing tons of those personal wishlists are getting on my nerves.Bvg should seriously make a new rule for wishes.

Thats what I call them. Cause as soon as the item is received, a new wish appears in the siggy - its like, crossed that one off the list.. NEXT.
Wishing is fine.. Bringing it to every post you make, is not.

It is funny.. Some of the people with their wishlists, are wealthier in coin than you and I..Why are they so yowealthy. Often because they don't buy stuff for themselves, or YC - sit back and make a hitlist.. easy :)

Yeah...They list tons of items and waiting for osmeone to gift them instead of buying it by their self. Why will they put effort to buy some item when they can sit and watch to be gifted ?

If it's a newer player (judging by their other posts, questions, sometimes outfit), I am understanding of making a separate wishlist thread, and sometimes send something their way to help them get started.
Experienced players should know by now that a lot of people consider separate wishlist threads annoying.

There is a section in the forum for wishlists. So to me, if anyone wants to make their own wishlist in that section, I don't care. They can make their own, or join an existing one. It is the wishlist section. I don't go in there, wishlists aren't my thing. Point being that there is a section available for it, and I do not object to it, in the slightest. I am happy to not go in there. Signatures IMO are for self expression. If you choose to use your signature to self express your need for expensive free items in the multiples - then that says a lot about you. That's just my opinion.
