I like it too (although I'm not quite sure how much I will wear it.)
I bought it for 600k even though there are people selling for 350k. The reason I did that is because an admin of a contest page I absolutely love was selling it and I'm pretty sure the coins went into making contests.

You can wear the Gold berry knob with the heart thought bubble with the costume as well as the enchanting china jumba sword item. Also any earrings or skin. Anyone know what else can be worn with the medusa?
