Log into your game and click help, register by submitting your e-mail and send your problem to them, BVG are Big Viking Game who bought YoVille which is now YoWorld. They listen to players and they will help, but be patient.

I know when the community site was active. Greg mentioned, to anyone who had bought coins, that they should report it to paypal to get your money back. Because, they where coming after the sellers and any coin purchases, the funds would be removed from their accounts. I dunno if you had ever purchased coins at any time. But just a suggestion as to why you might be in the black. Diff submit a ticket if you can't think of any other reason.

None of the other suggestions will work.

Well, when you played the game a year ago.. you had made a trade with someone for probably lots of coins. That person made a complaint (filed a ticket) saying that the trade was fraudulent. and zynga reversed the trade... hence, leaving you in debt.

The only way to get out of debt now would be to earn that money back. Be it through the factory or by selling something.

Makes me lol (pun intended) that you would have no idea why this has happened. Clearly a trade or *action* that was made on your account has been reversed.. Kinda makes me think that was what made you stop playing the game. You're going to have make that money back before you have any hope of going into the black. BVG are not going to be of any help in this instance. This is all on you

BVG are the new owners of the game.
When you load the game look up at the top.
There's a tab that says HELP. Click that.
Then you can report your problem.

Give them about a week to return your mail.
They're a little behind.

Did you just restart today or this week? Wow, you are lucky your account migrated some are showing up and their accts are gone. If it stays that way for a few days send a ticket in using the HELP button top of game window screen.

Opps, did not think a trade deal could do that, just thinking migration glitch *yikes*

did you dine and dash at vinny's??? you know they do keep records and they have your player id#s....... I would say head out to quick'n'loan .... plead your case tho, vinny's has been closed a while, maybe, just maybe they lost the receipt ...

Sounds like you had a trade reversed. Zynga used to reverse trades for some players if they had buyers remorse. If so then you got your item back.

Zynga also would reverse trades if you changed your mind after buying something from someone. I had a couple costume trades reversed because I didn't like them. Customer service would do it.

So you're saying with this statement that the other 5+million players who quit playing stopped playing because they got banned or did something wrong?

This happened to me once with no wrong doing in game, so it is possible. I made a trade for a large amount of coins, the other person regretted it so they emailed support and convinced them to revert the trade. I had already spent a good portion of the money by this time on dream items. When I logged on I had negative coins. Support told me they would not re-revert a reverted trade even if they shouldn't have done it in the first place (buyer's guilt is not a valid reason, but I am sure the other player said something else). Anyways, I just had to find ways to get the money back.

No, because if I was, I would have addressed my comment to the "5 million" or however number of players that quit the game including myself... My comment was addressed to the OP and if you cant figure out why, its not for me to spell it out for ya.

No it actually means this. He's in the red. Probably had a trade reversed after the money was spent.
