No the item freezes before you even enter it to be auctioned. Like when this happens, you set the price and time and then click to put it up for auction but it freezes instead at that exact second. This is the exact way mine disappeared. I sent a ticket in and in a little less then two weeks they put my item back in my inventory. Make sure you give them all the details including the exact item name, date etc. That way then can track it easily. Good luck!

No big deal..I didn't include all the detail the fist time I sent my ticket either. They emailed me back and asked for a few more details of the transaction, so I sent another email. I was just trying to save you a little time and an extra email or two. lol

Thank you for explaining that. I have tried several times the last few days to put something up for sale in the auction house but nothing happens after I fill out the form when I push the button to list it. The item however, remains in my inventory.

Interesting curve-ball to this mysterious glitch. Hm... Luckily your items didn't get eaten. I have had no problems listing my items up until today. So it seems the issue is arbitrary as far as when it happens and doesn't happen. :mrgreen:
