Must have been after I joined then because I didn't have a choice and I started in Feb 2010...if it would have been available I would have chosen a different one..lol

Yup, and it seemed to take me FOREVER to get anywhere. I almost gave the game up. If a few friends had not gifted me some cheerful items it was getting close. Then Halloween came and I was off and running. I was glad they changed that starter apartment to better options. Good call.
