The $58M consists of

$1M in salary
Target bonus of $2M with incentive capacity to $4M
$5M in one time signing bonus
9M stock grants @ ~$3 per
1.8M shares as inducement grants and the option to buy another 7.4M

After reviewing this, my conclusion is that Z is still as dumb as they were when I started playing Yo. Now they have 2 over paid wind bags with bad haircuts.

Agreed about the xbox. Don Mattrick single handedly sold more PS4's for Sony than their rep did. When I found out Don Mattrick had taken over, I knew it wouldn't be long.

Considering he worked for Microsoft for years, I'm not surprised he was being paid this much by Zynga.

Greg is Chief Product Officer and Co-Founder of BVG.

Greg Co-Founded BVG with Albert Lai, who is CEO.
